New Vintage Craft House Snoopy Peanuts Poster Board Pen Marker Set Sealed – $89. Find it on eBay (affiliate links).
When I was a kid in the 1980’s, I really wanted coloring posters like this Snoopy Poster Pen Set. Not that I ever got any, but whatever. It’s just a big coloring book page with a limited number of markers with it. It’s probably for the best not to have terribly colored posters on the walls anyway. They never turn out as nice as the picture on the front. This particular version from Craft House was most likely available in the late 1980’s or early 1990’s. This estimation is based on the yellow with black outlines “Snoopy” word at the top. This logo was used across multiple brand lines in this era.
How much is a Snoopy Poster Pen Set worth?
If you’re going to find one of these, it’s probably going to be in the package. That’s the collectible condition of a Snoopy Poster Pen Set. Out of the package destroys the collector value. You’ll never get to use this if you’re a pristine type of collector. It’s not a great show piece in the package though. Such a contradiction! If you make it pretty, it’s worthless! Those markers don’t even work after 30 years, so you’re better off leaving it in the cellophane. I’d pay maybe $20 tops for one of these in mint condition. If your nostalgia is higher, go a bit higher. However, $89 is crazy money and you’ll be hard pressed to find someone else to top that.
