Snoopy’s ready for whatever the weather throws at him in his yellow hat and matching poncho, plus his black boots. Was this just a basic rain outfit, or something more interesting from Snoopy’s imagination, like a sea captain? An Aviva friction toy gives me hope that this manifests from Snoopy’s flights of fancy.
