1968 SNOOPY DOLL Peanuts 10″ SCHULZ TOY Vintage BEAN BAG Figurine RAG DOLL – $55. Find it on eBay (affiliate link).
If this Snoopy was from 1968, perhaps you could understand the terrible discoloration, deformity and spots accumulated in the past 50 years. The truth is, of course, he’s not that old. Snoopy was made by Applause in 1990. In his glory days, this Snoopy doll from Applause would have sported a bright red shirt with “Snoopy” emblazoned on the front. His friends were also available including Woodstock, Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus and Peppermint Patty. The entire set of Peanuts dolls is a delight! Doll stands were also available for the characters with the 40th Anniversary of Peanuts logo on it.
How much is a Snoopy Doll from Applause worth?
Snoopy is always the most popular of the Peanuts gang. Finding this doll in very good to mint condition is not difficult. Condition issues to look out for range from missing paint, discolored vinyl and missing clothing and accessories. Finding one with tags still attached is helpful since it may mean it hasn’t been played with. For a very good to mint condition Snoopy, I would expect to pay $15-35. Add a premium of around $10-15 for one with the original Peanuts 40th Anniversary stand. For the other characters, they’re similarly priced as they aren’t as popular, but are harder to find.
