The Snoopy Learn to Dress Rag Doll taught kids how to dress starting in 1985. Hopefully, kids just picked up skills like tying laces and buttoning pockets, and not Snoopy’s curious fashion sense. A Belle version was also available. It’s been a while since I last saw these dolls, but from my photos I spy a little Woodstock head peaking out of Belle’s pocket. I suspect that many of these dolls will be missing poor Woodstock. As completeness is a major factor in value, it’s important to consider when judging the final price of an item. I haven’t been able to confirm that this doll did indeed come with a Woodstock. If anyone has more info, let me know. Confirmed! Woodstock is attached by a cord to the doll’s waist.

From the ad, we can tell the Snoopy Learn to Dress Rag Doll listed has a major problem. His colors look faded and the front of his white nose looks yellowed . Perhaps the off-colors are a trick of the low resolution photography, but who wants to spend $170 to find out? Otherwise, Snoopy looks fairly decent. If I came across this Snoopy, I expect to pay around $8-$14 for a discolored, slightly used doll missing Woodstock. If his colors were still bright, I could see paying $20-30. If Woodstock was present, I think that could add around $5-10 on the price, since he would be difficult to replace.
