Rare 1958 Snoopy “Happy Holidays!” Pinback Button 3″ United Features Syndicate – $75. Find it on eBay (affiliate link).
Would you be surprised if I told you this pin isn’t from 1958? This Snoopy pin actually dates from the early 1990’s era. Hallmark released a number of pins and pinback buttons for the holidays, which was the style at the time. The pin is missing its original card, which can add value to some collectors.
How much is a Snoopy Happy Holidays Hallmark Pinback Button worth?
While cute, this Snoopy Christmas pinback button has much more than just “shelf wear.” The spotting and discoloration on Snoopy is very apparent. I would relegate this piece to being part of my wardrobe, rather than a collector piece. To me, shelf wear is light edge damage from being on display and taken off a shelf. This wear looks more like it was used or left in a drawer with other pieces. If I came across this Snoopy Hallmark Pin, I’d expect to pay a few dollars tops. In mint, unused condition with the card, I could see a collector paying around $10.
