Determined Productions started producing the Peanuts felt pennant banners in the late 1960s. A wide variety of designs and colors were produced into the early 1970s. Condition issues to watch out for include pin holes in the top corners, holes in the felt and spots on the fabric. Since the designs were made on a variety of colors, the felt color may be a factor for some collectors.
