Holiday treats with a little help from Snoopy and the Peanuts gang! First up, black and white Snoopy Crinkle Cookies with dark cocoa cookies covered in powdered sugar. Just be sure to bring your own powered sugar. The chewy cookies have a cake-like interior and slight crisp on the edges with a nice chocolate flavor.
Next, the Great Pumpkin gets a castle for this Bundt cake covered in glaze. With the addition of cream cheese, this cake was extra tasty. Both glaze and the cake have a nice pumpkin flavor mixed with the traditional pumpkin spice mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves flavors. The cake has a wonderful moistness and came out of the pan beautifully with the help of baking spray.
