Snoopy 3-D Greeting Card

Vintage Peanuts Snoopy Curse You Red Baron! 3D Stand Out Framed Picture Plastic – $75. Find it on eBay (affiliate link).

What is this item? According to Hallmark who released this item in 1969, it’s a Snoopy 3-D Greeting Card. The card originally came in a box for easy gifting and mailing. However, this greeting card is meant to be displayed for years to come as it is in a frame. The thin, hard plastic makes this piece difficult to find in mint condition. The plastic is prone to cracks and dents, plus it yellows with age. Ones found in the original box are more likely to be intact.

How much is a Snoopy 3-D Greeting Card worth?

In mint condition with the original box, I expect to pay around $35-45 for one of these vintage Peanuts greeting cards. Without the box, I’d pay around $10-25 depending on condition.

A note on prices

When reviewing these articles, be sure to note the date. Market prices fluctuate with availability and interest in a subject. Putting a value on items can be nuanced and comes from the perspective of buying to enjoy in a collection. I also tend to be conservative with valuations to account for the ups and downs in market values.
