On first seeing this vintage Peanuts lunch box, I wondered if it was a rare variant. The swirled orange plastic and it being from Australia got my hopes up. Then I saw the strange handle. After taking a closer look at the lunchbox, the plastic isn’t special, but horrible. I don’t know what happened to it! The Peanuts design is still nice and bright, but the exterior plastic is so deteriorated.
How much is a Peanuts Thermos Lunch Box worth?
In the United States, I don’t think this would be worth trying to get more than a few bucks for. Maybe in Australia, this oddity from America is worth the $22. When buying vintage, condition is everything!
