What I Love – Old promos! Not only are they hard to come by, they might be one-of-a-kind after all this time. This little mobile is a bit haggard from the years, but at least it appears to all be present. It’s difficult to tell. The colors are still bright looking, which is a huge plus. However, the damaged heads of Charlie Brown and Snoopy are a shame.
How do we know it’s a promo for the Sopwith Camel book? There was also the Mattel model kit that shares a name with this. I would look to the content of the book. It matches the style and font choices of this piece.
