What I Love – There’s been a long tradition of metropolitan newspapers giving out fancy umbrellas covered in a variety of popular national comic strips. How I longed to have one of those umbrellas at the Wisconsin State Fair! I loved comics and umbrellas, so why not combine the two? I never did get a Milwaukee Journal umbrella. Perhaps it didn’t have Peanuts on it so my Mom wasn’t inclined to purchase it. Oh well.
