Specialize
With so much to collect, where do you start? It’s so easy to want everything Peanuts that you come across, but it can also lead to a ballooning collection. My advice is to take a step back and take a look at what really thrills you about Peanuts. Pick a character, a Snoopy personality, an item type, a brand or a decade. Narrowing your collection can help make it easier to pass on items that don’t fit your specialization. Plus, you can become an expert in your focus and be a resource for other collectors.
Budget
There will always be something new to buy! Peanuts is still a hot commodity and new merchandise is continually being produced. A budget can help you focus on what you really want and make sure your collection is manageable long-term. However, a budget can also help you save up for the high-priced pinnacle of your collection.
It’s Your Collection
