Snoopy-matic Camera

There’s so many reasons to not want this Snoopy-matic Camera, but there’s one important factor that makes this too cool to pass up… SNOOPY! If you want to bring this into sharp focus, see what develops on our Patreon page.

What I Love – If you’ve read my stuff for any length of time, you’ll know how I get all uppity about collecting old tech. You’re basically buying a paperweight. Will this Snoopy-matic Camera work with modern 110 film*? If only I knew! I would so try and use this camera to take some photos. There’s one around here somewhere…

This Snoopy camera would probably be a nightmare for anything but the occasional photo at home. Dragging it along on vacation is just too cumbersome. Maybe back in 1976 when the Helm Toy Company made the Snoopy-matic Camera it wasn’t such a problem? If nothing else, this novelty camera certainly grabs the attention of your photography subject!

Besides all its modern irrelevance and bad user design, this Snoopy camera is just a wonderful piece of memorabilia. They’ll never make one like it again, I’m sure! It would look awesome as part of your collection and an interesting conversation piece. Bonus points if you can get it working!
