Deep Dive into Snoopy Stuff n’ Lace Doll Kit
The Peanuts stuffed and lace doll is an unusual Snoopy collectible that is not often seen. Made by Standard ToyKraft in the USA, this boxed craft kit features Snoopy as a stuffed doll that children could assemble using fabric pieces, batting, and red yarn. The front of the box shows that Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, and Snoopy were all available in the series, making this Snoopy version part of a larger set of Peanuts character craft projects.
This particular doll was found still in its original box and in the same condition it was purchased. The kit includes the pre-punched fabric pieces and instructions for lacing the doll together, although this one appears to have been left unfinished. The artwork on the box is also a fun detail, with shading and pointillism effects used to give the graphics more depth. It is also clearly marked as a licensed UFS product, adding another clue for collectors researching this vintage Peanuts item.
Finding this Snoopy stuffed and lace doll was a lucky antique store discovery. It was tucked away among a large selection of board games and almost missed, but the unique design made it stand out. Since another example is rarely seen, adding this piece for only a few dollars was a great find. It would be fun to eventually locate the Lucy, Linus, and Charlie Brown versions to complete the set, but this Snoopy doll is already an interesting piece of Peanuts collectible history.
