Snoopy & Friends Doghouse is back on track! The next issues arrived on 11/6/2024, so I tucked right in and got them built that same day! Deagostini said it would arrive by 10/31, so about a week late, unfortunately. There is also a persisting delay due to “increased demand” which is probably further delaying this project.

The Build
In this box, we have issues 3-5. We start building the baseball scene complete with a light-up Peanuts sign. When will we get to see the sign light up? I wish I knew! Meanwhile, we’re going to see if we can figure something out to test it.
Also in this box were a few more accessories for the living room scene. I’ve added the pillows and the hanging pictures on the wall. There’s more to go in both scenes, so we’ll have to wait for more boxes to arrive.
Win – there’s glue in this box! We have super glue and white glue. The pillow instructions mention tacky glue, which is different from white glue. So, we still don’t have the right glue. Luckily, sewing seemed a better option compared to messy glue.
The only real fault was that Linus’ arm seems to be a different color from the rest of his skin tone. Overall, I didn’t find anything to be nit-picky about. I will say, I didn’t read the directions through. I just sort of followed the photos and only read them when it didn’t seem obvious.
