The Feedback
Note: Issue 61 has been delayed. Also, we can’t do some of the instructions for the Spring scene as box 10 with issues 36 and 39-43, is still delayed from June.
Feedback for this Box… I get it. There’s sometimes not a lot to do when pieces are part of a bigger structure (doghouse shelf). However, it feels like a lot of filler in the instruction booklets for the doghouse shelf pieces. Saving them until you have a good amount of them seems like the way to go. Leave the instruction booklets turned to that page so it’s easy to reference them.
The nature of the subscription makes for a annoying user experience, one that I understand from a manageable financial outlay. A cohesive box each month with all the pieces and one instruction booklet would be so much better. No issues, just a box of that month’s project – same thing, just presented as one unit, not 4-5. However, the fluid way the business runs, that doesn’t seem like they could operate in a more efficient way that would make the customer happier and create less waste!
The non-functional circuit board. I reached out to DeAgostini Customer service. They requested photos. After they received the photos, they started the process of sending out a new issue 62. It was very quick and no hassle. The package has not arrived yet. Will update if there are problems, but not expecting any.
