It’s my birthday and I made myself a Snoopy cake! I’ve done a fair amount of cakes in the past and figured this one would be, well, a piece of cake. Despite my best intentions, I threw caution to the wind and made a chocolate cake with white seven-minute frosting. Let’s just call it the Chocolate Fluffernutter cake with Cookie n’ Cream Frosting. Yum! Totally not a cake fail!
