How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated based on weight and where you live. I send all packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like a different shipping arrangement made, please let me know and I will be happy to oblige.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. All international orders must be paid through Paypal in U.S. dollars. Orders are only sent to confirmed addresses.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If a return is made, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees. If there is a problem with the product, we would be happy to discuss it. Please email us at info@collectpeanuts.com.
How do you accept payment?
Our site’s current payment method is through Paypal. We also accept Google Checkout, check or money order. If you would like to use a different payment method, please email us a list of the items you would like to purchase. Checks must clear before the package is sent. With money orders, the package is sent when the money order is obtained. Money orders can be obtained from banks, post offices, and various other places. Where do I get a Money Order?
U.S. postal offices, Western Union, banks, and other places sell money orders. Be sure to note that some places, such as the post office, may not take a credit card in payment for a money order.
How will I know when the package is shipped/my check is received?
Emails are sent for each stage of your order: order received, payment received and order shipped.

Is my information safe? Will it be sold to outside parties?
Your information is used only in sending you your order. It will not be sold or used for any other purpose. Paypal handles all credit card information and should be consulted if you have a question or problem.
