Where are your items from?All items are secondary market items in new or vintage condition. All items are sold in as-is condition as collectibles for display. As with all secondary market items, the working condition is not guaranteed. If you have any questions on the condition of an item, please let us know at email@example.com. We understand the difficulty of buying secondary market items online and want you to make the best decision possible.
How much is shipping and handling?Shipping and handling is calculated based on weight of the items ordered and your location. I send all packages via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express shipping is available at an extra fee. Please note the shipper will require a signature on receipt of your package.
Do you ship outside the United States?Yes. All international orders must be paid through Paypal in U.S. dollars. Orders are only sent to confirmed addresses.
What is your return policy?All sales are final. If a return is made, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be made within two weeks of the order being received. Original purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee will be refunded once the item is received in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items are sold in as-is condition as collectibles for display. Working condition not guaranteed. If there is a problem with the product, we would be happy to discuss it. How do you accept payment?Our site’s current payment method is through Paypal.
How will I know when the package is shipped?An email will be sent when your order has been received with the estimated shipping day. Packages generally ship within one week of order receipt.
What phone number can I reach you at? What is your address?This information is not posted on the web as this is a home-based business and most communication is through e-mail. If you would like to contact us by phone, please e-mail Caren at email@example.com.
Is my information safe? Will it be sold to outside parties?Your information is used only in sending you your order. It will not be sold or used for any other purpose. Paypal handles all credit card information and should be consulted if you have a question or problem. No credit card information is available to CollectPeanuts.com.
What do I do if my package doesn’t arrive or is damaged?When your order is received, I will confirm the order and the shipping date by email. Within 2-3 days of shipping, your package should arrive. If your package has not arrived within one week of shipping, please let us know! We will follow accordingly with the shipper to get the situation resolved. Also, if a package arrives with damaged goods, please let us know within one week of receipt and include photos. Please inform us of the problems within one month of receipt/ordering so we can deal with the situation in a timely manner. Any issues not brought to our attention within this time frame may not be eligible for a full refund.
