About Our Items

All items are secondary market items in new or vintage condition. All items are sold in as-is condition as collectibles for display. As with all secondary market items, the working condition is not guaranteed. Any items in sealed, original packaging cannot be tested to keep the collectible integrity of the piece. If you have any questions on the condition of an item, please let us know at info@collectpeanuts.com. We understand the difficulty of buying secondary market items online and want you to make the best decision possible.

CollectPeanuts.com is a fun hobby site to enjoy Peanuts collecting with fellow enthusiasts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who takes away from that joy.

Payment

Our shop’s current payment methods are through Paypal and Stripe.

A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase. To make a payment without an account, only a credit card is needed. Your payment information is private and only available to Paypal. Learn more about Paypal…

Shipping & Handling

A confirmation e-mail will be sent within one business day of your order receipt. Packages generally ship within seven to ten business days of order receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions on your shipment date.

Shipping and handling is calculated based on weight of the items ordered and your location. I send all packages via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Express shipping is available at an extra fee. Please note the shipper will require a signature on receipt of your Express package.

All international orders must be paid through Paypal in U.S. dollars. Packages are shipped through USPS Global Priority. The buyer is responsible for any import fees or tax duties on the items. Please check with your local postal service for details on what fees you will be responsible for.

Buyer is responsible for working with their countries Customs Department for importing items when applicable. Buyer is responsible for making sure their address is correct. Packages returned will be subject to the return policy below. If buyer requires the items be shipped again, the full shipping charge will be billed and  must be paid before reshipment.

Restricted items, like liquids and food items, will not be shipped internationally. Please check your country’s import restrictions before making a purchase. We are not responsible for items that are restricted from importation and returned. 

If using a United States based mail forwarding service, the international order rules apply. We can only track to the shipper and take no responsibility for what may happen to the package after initial delivery.

Insurance is calculated into the price of shipping for fragile items and orders over $100. For additional shipping options, such as signature confirmation or other services, please contact us at info@collectpeanuts.com for a quote on additional fees.

Every shipment includes insurance. Entering into an online purchase is with three parties, not two. If the shipment is damaged, then the shipper is responsible for incurring the cost of the damage. All items are inspected before shipment to ensure that the item is still in the condition as described on the website. Items are packaged to make sure your item arrives in the expected condition and is compliant with USPS shipping standards.

If a package arrives with damaged goods, please let us know within one week of receipt and include photos of the item, the damage and the packaging. Keep all original packaging materials in case they are needed for a damage claim. If these terms are not met or your order is older than one month, you may not be eligible for a full refund. Insurance claims can take 20-50 days to complete. Refunds will not be made before the insurance claim has been completed. Refunds will not be given if a customer does not comply with the insurance claim process.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Within 2-3 days of shipping, your package should arrive. If your package has not arrived within one week of shipment, please let us know! I will do what I can to help resolve the issue. Any issues not brought to our attention within one month of shipment may not be eligible for a full refund.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible to info@collectpeanuts.com. If a package has already been shipped before the cancelation has been received, then it will be subject to the return policy below.

If an order is canceled before shipment, the order will be refunded in full minus any non-refundable fees. Please note, Stripe has non-refundable fees while Paypal does not.

If you, the customer, are contacted about your order to clarify shipment details such as address, quantity, condition, payment, customer notes, etc. and we do not hear back from from you to answer the questions fully, we will cancel the order after two weeks (14 days) from the original purchase date at our discretion. The order will be refunded in full minus any non-refundable fees.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If a return is made, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be made within two weeks of the order being received. Original purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee will be refunded once the item is received in its original condition. If payment has cleared, the refund will be made through Paypal.

If an item is not in its original condition, i.e. out of its original packaging, it is not eligible for return. Unclaimed packages returned after thirty days are not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items are sold in as-is condition as collectibles for display. Working condition not guaranteed. Privacy Policy

Credit card information is NOT available to CollectPeanuts.com. Credit card information is held by your payment processor of your choice at checkout. Information collected, such as address and email, is used for in conjunction with your user experience and purchase. Information collected by CollectPeanuts.com will not be sold and will not used for any other purpose without your consent. For further information, please consult our full privacy policy.
