Join me as I take a first look at these three classic board games with a Peanuts twist. First, we’ll roll the dice with Peanuts Yahtzee. Next, it’s a stroll through the seasons with Peanuts Monopoly. Finally, we’ll help Linus find his blanket with Peanuts Clue. Along the way, Snoopy, Woodstock, Charlie Brown and more of the Peanuts game make new memories with childhood favorites. Which is your favorite?

Full Disclosure – OPgames sent me some samples. I didn’t pay for them. They didn’t ask for any sort of content, but I thought you’d like to look them over with me. So, my own words and own views. Overall, these are quality board games and well thought out. I appreciate the attention to detail and  especially the theme for Clue!

VIDEO SUMMARY

In this video, I unbox a few Peanuts-themed games sent by USAopoly, starting with Yahtzee. This version has a fun twist—dice are based on Peanuts characters, with Woodstock scoring the highest. The dice cup is Snoopy’s doghouse, which is perfect for storing and displaying the game. I take a few turns, roll the dice, and enjoy a bit of nostalgia while playing this classic game with a Peanuts spin.

Next, I move on to Peanuts Monopoly. The board features seasonal properties like decorating the tree, carving pumpkins, and building snowmen, all giving it that Peanuts charm. Instead of regular houses and hotels, you get bird nests and doghouses. I walk through the game pieces, money, and character cards, and set it up to play. I take a few turns using tokens like the kite-eating tree and Snoopy on his sled, having a good time exploring the Peanuts version of the classic game.

Then, I check out Peanuts Clue, where the mystery is solving who stole Linus’s blanket. I go through the components, like the Peanuts-themed cards, dice, and pawns. I demonstrate how to play by rolling the dice and moving around the board to try and figure out the mystery. It’s a little tricky playing solo, but I eventually “crack the case” and have fun with it along the way.

At the end, I share my thoughts on the games. I really love how Peanuts adds a fresh and fun twist to these classic games. The art style is great, and the Peanuts themes make them enjoyable for both kids and adults.
