Is it winter already? The Snoopy & Friends Doghouse is cooling off by finishing the Christmas scene and starting on the ice skating scene. Charlie Brown and Sally are peeking out at Santa, only to find that’s it’s Snoopy helping himself to a plate of cookie. Check out that subtly decorated Christmas tree that’s not pulling focus from the main action of the scene. Plus, Snoopy gets ready to skate with Peppermint Patty. The Feedback
An update on box 10. I’m still awaiting its arrival with no ship date in site. This box has issue 36 from box 9 and issues 39-43 from box 10. It should have arrived in June, 2025.
Feedback on this box… There’s a whole lot of waiting to glue items in because of future issue paint upgrades. I really, really wish I could just move forward with what I have instead of waiting. I’ve gotten to the point where certain instructions I will ignore because they’re just “filler” to put pieces in, only to remove them in the next issue.
It feels ridiculous to wait to do painting because this instruction booklet has reached its page capacity. Also, after doing thing multiple times, like box tops and sides, I don’t really need repeated instructions.
Again, this would be a less frustrating project for me if there was one instruction booklet for each scene. The extra scenes just have one booklet, so why not all of them. Also, if there was one booklet per scene, maybe the extra info (character profile, theme and comic strips) could be more relevant to the scene at hand.
