Plus, get your flights of fancy going with Snoopy the Astronaut, the first of the premium scenes. This box of the DeAgostini Snoopy & Friends Doghouse came with issues 34, 35, 37 and 38. Issue 36 is coming with box 10. Box 10 was supposed to send out in the beginning of June, 2025, but has yet to be sent. I haven’t been charged for it yet. However, July’s box 11 has been paid for and contains just four issues (44-47). Sigh….

The Feedback
The MAJOR problem I had with this kit was the box top for the large couch/kitchen scene. The cable management plate did not fit. I even got a second opinion and we both couldn’t get it to fit. I ended up gluing it down, which is not ideal if the LEDs ever need replacement. I hope the rest of the box tops are properly made. The cable management plate helps hide the wires and the non-bulb areas of the LED strips. It is not optional.
I did appreciate being able to have all the pieces for a scene at once. I wish all the scenes were like the special Astronaut scene. I mean, I get the business model, but still, a better user experience!

Building Snoopy’s Doghouse, Issues 34, 35, 37 and 38
In this video, we open and assemble Box 9 of the DeAgostini “Snoopy’s Dog House” diorama series. The build continues with issues 34, 35, 37, and 38—while issue 36 is notably missing. Each issue includes new pieces for creating detailed interior scenes featuring the Peanuts gang, from furniture and dishes to character figures and lighting.
As the build progresses, we tackle everything from setting up Joe Cool’s LED-lit room to painting tiny food items and fitting together kitchen components. There’s some trial and error with tight spaces and cable management, plus a bit of painting to add depth to the salad and cereal bowls. We also complete the premium Snoopy the Astronaut upgrade, which includes a moon base with lights and a floating Snoopy figure. Even with a few bumps along the way, most of the scenes come together nicely.
