If I had to pick my favorite thing about the Charles Schulz Museum, I would have to say just finally getting to visit it was wonderful. I only wish I had a full day to just go through everything throughly and take it all in properly. I wish I could take away the plexi-glass door and flip through the books on Schulz’s studio recreation. I wish I could read through the book titles kept in the archive room to find the hidden unknown gems. I wish someone would tell me what’s in that large unmarked area on the map…
The museum brought me a little closer to the man I wish I could have met. It also made me smile to see a lot of other cartoonists I love to be honored there. My love of comics doesn’t stop at Peanuts. If you haven’t been to the museum, go! You’ll never regret it!
