I am really confused by this listing. I understand what it is. I understand how they’re trying to market it. I understand how lovely these pieces would look framed and hung on the wall. I don’t understand why anyone would pay $150 for deconstructed calendars when they could just buy complete calendars and take them apart themselves for less money. The reality is old Peanuts calendars of this vintage only cost around $10-20 generally, $40 if you want to overspend on one calendar. I do like displaying these old calendars for their bright colors, simple aesthetic and fun sayings. However, calendars are easy to display as is. Built in hole, perfect for a small nail, plus it’s spiral bound for compactness if you don’t want to show the dates. Plus, when you get bored, just flip through to another page. Yes, you won’t have the niceness of a frame, but you will have the calendar intact for another Peanuts fan someday to enjoy. Hopefully, they won’t deconstruct it either.
