Bill Melendez, who gave motion to the Peanuts characters and voice to Snoopy and Woodstock, has passed away at age 91. Melendez first worked with animating the Peanuts characters for the Ford Falcon ads in 1959. He continued his work with Peanuts for the classic “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. Throughout the years, he was animator, producer, director, voice actor and writer for Peanuts TV specials, TV show and movies. Thank you, Bill, for sharing your talents with us to bring the Peanuts gang together on TV screens everywhere! Holidays wouldn’t be the same without a Peanuts TV special!
